Kroma is a handsomely crafted, well designed card game that mixes a little bit of the arts and sciences together in a sleek, challenging game of strategy and fun. The name Kroma is inspired by the ancient Greek word for “color,” and the game references the kaleidoscope of visible light seen in a prism and rainbow. The minimalist Kroma cards encapsulate the palette of primary, secondary, and tertiary colors arrayed along the electromagnetic spectrum.
Be the first to empty your hand by strategically placing your Color cards into the Color Matrix (shown above). Time your moves wisely, block your opponents, and clear your palette. Play Action cards to quickly alter the flow of the game. Outwit friends and family by strategizing, remixing, and revealing your true colors. 
Kroma relies on six sets of twelve Color cards representing the color spectrum as depicted on the color wheel.
These cards include Red, Vermilion, Orange, Amber, Yellow, Citron, Green, Teal, Blue, Violet, Purple, and Magenta. Each Color card is numbered to aid those who may have difficulty determining colors. Color cards are designed so their color names and corresponding numbers are vertically aligned along the left-hand side making it easy to see what each card is when held in your hand.
The special multicolored Spectrum card can represent any of the other twelve Color cards and acts as a wild card.
The handy Legend card helps you keep track of where your color cards are on the color wheel and which colors are complementary.
Kroma also includes six sets of four Action cards that keep the game interesting and mix it up a bit.
The Extract card allows you to choose an opponent and force them to draw two cards from the Color Matrix.
The Swap card allows you to steal some cards from your opponents. You get to swap out a card from each player’s hand.
The Opposite card lets you switch to a complementary color on the other side of the color wheel. This move opens up many new possibilities.
The Bounce card lets you choose one of your opponents to skip over during the current round of play.

Kroma also includes the official Rule book and is all contained in a minimalist magnetic closure box that will look as nice on your shelf as it does on your table. The box has enough room for the six sets of cards as well as a 70s Expansion Pack (should you decide to purchase this Add-On). The Kroma box has a refined matte laminated linen texture and the cards are made of premium quality card stock with a high grade linen finish.
In celebration of the total solar eclipse being experienced across North America this year we are offering two Limited Editions of Kroma. The Eclipse Limited Edition box and card backs will feature only our Kroma “K” and corona ring. The Color cards will sport a jet black border with matching black lettering for a bold sporty take on the standard game. Only 150 Eclipse Limited Editions will be produced. A very special Signed Eclipse Limited Edition of Kroma is also being offered. This edition will include the Eclipse Limited Edition and will be signed and numbered by the game’s creator. Only 100 Signed Eclipse Limited Editions will be produced. The Signed Eclipse Limited Edition will come with a Special Accessories Set.
Add on our groovy 70s Expansion Pack (Not included in the Standard Edition of Kroma). The expansion pack lets you incorporate the nostalgic earthy tones from the 1970s including: Chocolate, Burnt Orange, Harvest Gold, Pear, Plum, Copper, Fern, Grape, Rust, Denim, Mulberry, and of course, the classic Avocado. The 51 cards have a 70s style white border and are provided in their own retro tuck box, which conveniently fits into the Kroma game box. Standard Edition of Kroma is required to to be playable.
